If you notice maps that can be abused for xp, or generally designed to be purely an xp map, please post the names of the maps here.

dbjr I know this is mostly kind of a fun map but the chopper in the level can give you more than 100 frags if you kill it alone. I don't think the map was made for xp purposes but it can be exploited.

already took that one off... mainly because of the crashing. I took it like a week ago.

And if anything, Classic can be abused for XP more than osprey.

1 it lags soo much on my pc
2 its a horrible interprettation of ultimate doom
but some of the models are pretty good

classic has a set amount of frags you can get, and you can get much more then 200 frags max on osprey.

It's like maps you can get close to or over 500-1000 frags(while not playing by your self.) that would be considered xp whoring maps. if there's several people on classic it's not very likely that you'll get much above 300 frags on it.

In any means, Classic is the only DOOM sven remake of the good ol' FPS. And Osprey, well, I've done that alone on my server because i was hosting it, and I got up to around 500-750 kills. Only I was in there. And if it lags your pc, and you dont lag on Source games, Wow, I dont even know what to say, except WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOUR PC MAN!?!?!? DOES IT DO DRUGS!!?!?!?...MAN!?!!??!?

The reason people lag on HL1 sometimes is because the GoldSRC engine hates big open areas or areas with a lot of entities.

Classic is far to popular to be taken off, along with Osprey, you can only obtain alot of frags on those maps if you know what you are doing and work pretty hard to do it.

I might reduce the xp rate in classic a little, with how you get frags in sc4, 2-3 people can get over 500-600 frags now on it.

This isn't necessarily a xp abuse map but.. if there were 3 people each could get 500 frags or even more.

The name is called inv_frozen, just reduce the xp rate please .

It was reduced on that map shortly after the release of sc4, it's at .5x rate, while the server default rate, if it's not set to something else on a map, is 1.5x.
