err i want that one cartman model pack the one that has i think about a hundred (or more) models

It's on my website, but be carefull not to replce the default models that are already in sc4 beta, the ones in my pack don't have the new animations for sc4b1 and won't work correctly when your holding the newer weapons.

Yeah, when you're extracting the models keep your eye out for something in line with "Do not overwrite existing files". Choose that option when you're extracting and you won't change any of the existing models.

I probably should take it off untill sc4 final is released since all of the animations the models use in the pack are outdated.

but then what will you do with the thing?

I can't really do much of anything to it untill sc4 final is released, since there might be updates to the model anims from now until then, but once the final version is released I should be able to update models that have standard bones in them to have the new anims.
