recently me and a friend of mine, magnum, were banned for micspamming and have since changed our ways. no longer will mics be spammed by us in your server(as long as you let us back in). :
how would we go about getting unbanned?

You don't. You got banned three times for the mic spam and your friend twice. There's no guaranty that you won't do it again, especially if there isn't an admin on, so I'm not unbanning you. |
