Ok, So I know that there is a time for peaceful mobs to despawn. Does anyone know the time? Or is it a ranged thing as well so like (time+distance=despawn time)
Just curious because Everytime I log on the sheep pen in my home is losing sheep

There isn't a set time that I know of in MC, they just randomly dissapear from time to time. |

hmmm. makes it difficult to really "Farm" per say unless you are always on |
