Sooo like HELP ME

It's not my temp sensors because i can see the temp fluctuation between 98 - 99 C (208 F - 210 F) I don't know what to do. My thermal paste is fine. my cooler is firmly attached to my processor and yet it's still cool to the touch. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post. _________________
