Ok... so a while back i was playing on the OC server. No problems at all. Then a few players began to be total minges (can't remember what they were doing). So like usual I try /voteban:

[SM]: You don't have access to this command.

lol
So I asked cartman, and didn't really get an actual answer, not that I need one. I know this command can and will be abused, somehow, and I understand that it was taken off for that reason.
So i got over it.

Then just the other day I was playing, and I noticed that I can no longer /votemap:

[SM]: You don't have access to this command.

"Damnit." - me
That was annoying.

So then I rtv, hoping oc_lobby would show up as an option so I could play Episode 1.
Nope.

Ended up playing some "Ep2_broken_escape_03" or something.

MY PREPOSAL:

Make oc_lobby a choice EVERY TIME the vote is rocked.
Bring back /votemap.
Make a higher % of votes needed to /voteban, to prevent abuse of said command (somewhat).

you can nominate oc_lobby before RTV'ing.
